EV charger installation
We install electric car chargers at homes and businesses, on a dedicated circuit and positioned where you actually park, completed neatly and professionally.
What's involved
A home charger is faster, cheaper and safer than charging from a three-pin plug. We install electric car chargers for homes and businesses across Wicklow, on a dedicated circuit from your fuse board and positioned where you actually park.
Before installing, we check that your supply and fuse board can take the extra load, agree the best spot for the charger and the cable route, and make sure the installation is properly protected. Then it's fitted neatly, tested and set up, and we show you how it works.

EV chargers: common questions
Something not covered here? Get in touch and ask.
Is there a grant for a home EV charger?
SEAI runs an EV home charger grant. It has conditions on the property, the charger and who installs it, and the amount has changed over time, so check the current rules on seai.ie and mention the grant when you contact us.
Do I need a new fuse board for an EV charger?
Not always. We check your existing board and supply first. If there's no space or no suitable protection, we explain what's needed before any work starts.
Can you install a charger if I don't have a driveway?
A home charger needs off-street parking close to the house. If you're not sure your parking works, send us a photo and we'll tell you.
